Utilities
Water would be by well. Sewer by septic tank. There are NO utilities running to this lot. Power would be by alternative source (Solar, Generator, propane).
The principle aquifer in the Witch Well area is the Coconino Sandstone Formation, which should yield sufficient quantities of acceptable quality water for domestic use but occurs at depth. Available information indicates that the top of the Coconino lies approximately 200 to 1000 feet below land surface under confined conditions depending on location and elevation.
WATER we recommend Nielsen Well Drilling (928 337-4553) in Saint Johns as they are very knowledgeable about the area. They charge $19 per foot plus casing, pump, tank, etc.
Only 16% percent of Apache County is land available for private ownership The parcel is perfect for ranching, camping, hunting, as well as off road recreation. The topography is flat and level with nice building sites for that getaway cabin!!
