White Mountain Sales was started for the purpose of offering affordable, high quality real property to the private investor via the internet. We are making it possible for more Americans to acquire land in this spectacular and historical region of the United States. The offices of White Mountain Sales are located in Chula Vista, California, although we own property around the country.

What we do

We specialize in the sale of vacant parcels of property ranging in size 1 acre to 640 acres in various states across the U.S.A. Our property is offered solely for purchase via internet auction sites around the world. Selling exclusively over the internet allows us to sell a high volume of property, and, as a result, to sell them at a much lower price than traditional real estate and asset divestiture.

We only sell land we have visited, and offer actual photos of our beautiful country. We pride ourselves in offering the best directions, maps and the most accurate GPS grids!

We buy large acre parcels at very discounted prices and sell the subdivisions, at prices the investor can be sure will be profitable in the future, a secure investment!.
